90's nikkas the wildest we don't listen to authority :manny:

That's fantastic, 80's nikkas love crushing wild nikkas spirits.

i feel you, most of the shows I watched were repeats too, plus most of my cousins are born in the late 70's early 80's, and my older brother is born in 1980, growing up with them put me on to Thundercats, Johnny Quest, and Transformers. I kinda figured you grew up around older cats because I know a few 92 babies who didn't really watch shows like the shows we watched growing up. being born in 85-93 makes you a 90's kid.

Same thing with me.

But yeah you right. I was the youngest (at the time) and my brothers cousins were all born (86-90) period so i pretty much watched what they watched. One of my earliest memories is eating cereal n watching this with my bro :lolbron:

That cac said he based it off of the holocaust...

The secret to 'X-Men's' success - CNN.com

Plus Malcolm X wasn't about "They are treating us bad, lets strike with force" Malcolm X was about "Lets do for self and lets exercise self defense".

I think they try to make Malcolm look like an extremist and at the same time they make Martin look softer than he really was. Martin was on the same "Lets do for self" he just didn't emphasize self defense. But when they talk about Martin, they talk about lets all hold hands and be friends...its demonic how they change their images.

He also said (I got this quote from the same article),

"As we got distance from the '60s, the Malcolm X-Martin Luther King-Mandela resonance came into things. It just fit."

So it seems that as time went on a people healed from the assassinations he indeed developed those characters into Malcolm X/MLK/Mandela

The whole mutant vs human concept came from whites vs blacks and has strong ties to the civil rights movement
