Format and reinstall the OS is usually the cleanest way to get rid of all that shyt. Not always feasible though...

the programs suggested work well.. especially malwarebytes.. That's my go to when people need assistance with malware

but when shyt is really fukked up, I also recommend a fresh start.

If registry keys show up as infected files and you erase those...you fukking your shyt up, right?
