I'm 23, born in '89

The players I grew up watching are now at the end of their careers, some looking :flabbynsick:, and others have already called it quits

This ish is tough :wow:

KG
Kobe
Ray Lewis
Tim Duncan
Dirk
Pierce
Payton Manning
Brady
A.I
Shaq
LT
Mariano Rivera
A-Rod
The GOAT Bachelor (Jeter)
Randy Moss

I was talking to my little cousin (12 yrs old) about Shaq n he was like "I never saw Shaq in his prime" I was like :wtf:. Then remembered he was still spitting up baby food while Shaq was :stylin: on the league

When Dirk finally calls it quits I probably won't be able to watch that press conference :to:

Yeah it's definitely an eye opener.

I think seeing Manning,Brady,Kobe and Timmy D go would be the hardest for me.

Those were the guys I was mainly watching when I first got into sports.

Its going to be even worse 30 years down the line when yougins are gonna be like :childplease: any time you talk up a great player from today compared to one from their time, sort of like we shyt on most nikkas from the 60's and 70's

Shaq retiring in 2011 made me realize I am old. I remembered him at LSU, and remember when he was lighter.

Seeing :flabbynsick: Shaq was too much, and then to see him retire was. :wow:

He was the first superstar player whose entire career I remember from start to finish.

What hurts most is that these young nikkas are near if not younger than me and what am I? Just a graphic designer :to:

I could have been a football god playing for Man Utd but my parents thought an education was better :noah: :shaq2:

I am going to make my son into an athlete :pacspit: school.
