Everyone should try to cash in on their rights. If I tried that, the cop won't be having it. Not all "white" people (or whatever his race is since you can't see him, and can only hear his voice) know their rights and the law the way this guy does. You're free not to give it attention though...didn't really force you in the thread or to comment.

Only if the cop was a hard boiled misogynist and didn't want some uppity white woman in his face. Most of them probably wouldn't have even stopped you, they wouldn't see a white woman with gun in her hand as a threat. If they did stop you they probably would've just asked you for your license and asked you to conceal it, and sent you on your way.

But then there’s other times when we’ll just see somebody that has a braid up here or they just look serious, and I’m driving a scout car, they look back and we think they see the car and it’s like they’re just minding their own business, we take that for they don’t like police, and I think we feel it gives us that authority to stop them because they don’t like us.

If we see a white guy in (a rich area), for example, and it’s 10 o’clock, we just assume that he lives there. If we see a black guy, we’re going to stop him because we assume he’s checking out the neighbourhood to commit a crime.

But always keep in mind that rights are just words on pieces of paper. in reality there is no such thing as rights. all there is is power and leverage. the bottom line is you should use that power and leverage to guard your life and freedom the best way you can. and if a cop is a threat to your life, you should defend yourself (even if it means risking his life to save your own)

Wow. That's fukking disgraceful. Outside of the US we hear all the time about American police brutality but that's just ridiculous. Dude literally did nothing. Cops are pretty bad wherever you go but even here in the UK they wouldn't pull something like that. Completely for no reason out of the blue. They might harass certain suspects but they wouldn't do it as openly and agressively as those pigs did.
