Ivy City Hotel ji sketch lookin and that’s after renovations. Only thing there is a condo with little amenities. Outside of that is a drug rehab clinic, industrial shyt, and crime. And that hotel just look like a spot for in calls, drug deals, and migrants.

Funny enough the city spent all that money building luxurious condos over there (literally a block away from the ghettos too) despite that neighborhood being considerably worse since Covid.
It will work. Rents in ghetto will simply double by end of the year and whole place will be torn down for luxury studio apartments for 1800.
