There are no antibiotics because they prescribe them for EVERYTHING. I work at a hospital and was just cleaning my ears and noticed it was bleeding. I went to the ENT doc and they told me it was just a cut. They prescribed me antibiotics just in case it got infected. I work in microbiology and I swear more and more simple organisms are becoming resistant to antibiotics we prescribe regularly...
