Detroit You bytch Ass nikka
I would never film myself crying lol, but his sentiment is true. Gotta find a career or hack that provides the least amount of stress to enjoy your personal life.

Maybe being a garbageman with a salary of 70k is better vs being in an office doing dry work vs working MTA train for the city etc

No right answer just gotta find your groove. I feel it

In all the jobs ive had, the PEOPLE have made it 1000x worse than the actual job though
Uber nikkas are pulling in 1200 a week easily if they are working 40 hours. In comparison, 18$ a hour is only 550-600$ a week. All of the Big 3 starts around 16-18 a hour and works the fukk out of you. fukk that shyt (bonuses and profit sharing can definitely add 10-15,000 yearly though). Still though, they don't want you comfortable at work. That's why all supervisors are bytch made nikkas or bytch made pink mothafukkas, management wants them to make the work area uncomfortable. The more workers quit or get fired, the more people they replace them with and pay less money. It's legitimately a hidden rule in large companies, they don't want cool people who actually manage a work area, I've seen dudes in Chrysler move up taking the HR route, becoming a supervisor, and getting fired because they are not a$$holes. Why do you think hoe ass white men are usually supervisors? White men are the most disconnected from humanity in the world, that's why they fit in these spots so well.

Breh, Phase 3 was the absolute WORST! Caught a yeast infection and they wouldn't let me go on sick-call for 3 days.....in the middle of the summer.

You ever tried running 3 miles/low crawling 100 yds. while it feels like your d1ck is wrapped in sandpaper?

That was just the first three days!!!
I’d don’t even know dudes could catch yeast infections ?:skip: Only heard of females catching it. That sounds terrible. Jsut out of curiosity, how did you catch that?

Hot, humid weather + cotton underwear + rain + 30 mi. hump through a swamp.

Thought it was just chafing.

We need to love on our people more esp the poor (If y'all are so abundant, then help the poor), because this bootstrap/capitalistic mindset ain't working for a lot of people. Folks breaking down and shooting themselves into a early grave. You can make "all the right decisions", and end up in a place you don't expect, that is life.

The sentiment is real. Working hard & playing by the rules only to end up with no sense of success in life :snoop:

Today's capitalism sucks.

You know the economic system has reached its breaking point when Thanos and Jesus Christ speak out against it in unison :pachaha:

These neoliberal capitalists are truly evil :shaq2:

He's only crying because he hasn't planned his next move or is too lazy to.

Everyone has worked a shytty job but you put up with it because you know it's just a temporary stepping stone.
