they legit told him “ just give them 500 bucks and they won’t report anything “ or for him to get his car fixed any this certain shop. They even threaten to call the police, to scare my homie and he was like I’m already on the phone with them, they got shooked and jumped in their car and took off

they probably thought my dog didn’t have insurance and they barely spoke English, so they probably wasn’t documented in the first place
