If in 21 years, you can’t even work your way up to manager, you’re an idiot.

:manny:

It’s McDonalds. It’s not exactly a highly competitive workplace. My brother in law worked his way up to loss prevention manager at Walmart in 6 months.
I thought about that too but I got thoughts that are completely at odds with each other.

1)Some people are meant to just be soldiers.
2)Toward the end of senior year this dude that was straight special ed status and had bad grades became a Shift Manager at McDonalds. He had been working there since sophomore year. When we all found out he became manager the laughs was nonstop. I'll never forget.

"Nikka how the fukk they made YOU a manager?" :dahell::mjlol:

So I guess anything is possible. To his credit dude in high school was a hard worker.

Probably gave that man all sorts of awkward hours so that he never had a real opportunity to job search or interview elsewhere. Time flew on him as he tried to get by.

McDonald's is proud to give young Americans an opportunity to serve their communities, making them feel responsible for the welfare of their own environment.
