It’s McDonalds. It’s not exactly a highly competitive workplace. My brother in law worked his way up to loss prevention manager at Walmart in 6 months.

Maybe he just likes the work cause it’s simple enough for him and didn’t want to handle the responsibilities of managing. Don’t be like that bruh

I don't respect making fun of people who found a groove of life for themselves to be comfortable or take pride in. Props to him holding down a job for that long and I'm glad he got a gift.
We’re more so criticizing McDonalds for only giving this dude a bike… which is like some elementary school shyt for good grades (to me at least).


Hopefully there was more to it
