The biggest change is going to be from him changing his diet.

Unless this video says he did something else, Jackman did 8-6-4 which is a good intermediate workout plan. It's where you do that many reps to failure or near failure, which means you can do another one.

If you are just starting out you would be better off doing 5x5.

I'm big as shyt (lean muscle, not toned)...but I can't eat that much a day. I struggle to eat more than twice a day.

i guess he meant the before picture was in the morning when your bloated and the after pic is probably right after an intense workout making him looking bigger than he is? i didnt watdh the vid tho

Yeah I'm about 5'8 and 195. At my height i apparently should look like Jonah hill but I'm built more like Mark Wahlberg or Ghost from power. Not nearly as toned as I want to be though. Working on my diet and upping my cardio.

Father in law cut most of his sugar and starch intake started using splet flour and quinoa no rice. He big on mushrooms now. Heavy alkaline foods all he eat. Lost some shyt of weight never once worked out. Cayenne paper is important also. I'm still working on the part where I have to mentally want to change my way of eating
