A Miami man is claiming to have found 40 POUNDS OF WHITE POWDER while walking on the beach in Miami. Instead of taking it . . . and moving it quietly . . . he posted pics of himself on INSTAGRAM holding the YAY.

Now the police and the MEXICAN MAFIA are looking for him . . . o_0
