I mean I get where both sides are coming from. Dude knew it was his neighbour's dog, if it was non-threatening he could have just spoke to him.

On the other hand, People need to keep their pets under watch, leash or keep them inside. Why was it loose? Owner fukked up and the dreh paid the price. It be like that

Leash laws exist for a reason..

Killed a neighbors dog about a month ago charged at me as I rode my motorcycle down the street, the owner always walked with him unleashed. (Owner had apologized for that repeatedly happening.. never used a leash though)
