Outside of bacon, porkchops & sausage I barely eat pork. At most I may eat pork two days straight back to back but who really eats the shyt almost everyday?

I'm not ADOS. I'm a black guy from the UK but if that's true then I can kinda understand.

As long as the outside is seared your fine because bacteria and parasites can't travel through the lean dense meat fibres.

That's why you can't do that shyt with mince and have to cook it till it's all brown.

You can eat mince raw. Think steak tartare, however, you have to mince the beef from a whole steak and consume immediately. If you try to make steak tartare from store bought ground/minced meat then you're playing games.
