The first step would be to get the vast majority of the hoods across America back in functioning order by any means necessary.

People seem to forget this.

Sagging Pants? Poor Morals? Violence in our community?

IT has only been solved by a re-dedication to the development of those communities by Society.

The Irish, Italians & Eastern Europeans that migrated here had the same "hoodlum" attitudes & poor social structure when they migrated here. This Country improved their education opportunities, development, etc & within 10 years, they graduated to Middle Class.

Suits are Eurocentric fashion. So in order to dress dignified we have to dress Eurocentric? That's what y'all are saying without saying it.
