:sas2: Ideal indoor temperature across the board is 69-72°. Yea that means when it’s 105° outside and u walk into the mall and that cool crisp air hits u... it’s prolly 69°.
The difference is u niccas don’t change your filters and service your ac units yearly. Your thermostat says 60° or less but it’s just struggling to get below 72°. Dirty filters, lack of/too much refrigerant, dirty coils all make people think “:smugdraper:62° is where I like it boss”. Also humidity plays a major role. 71° feels a whole lot “cooler” in Georgia than it does in Arizona because of the moisture in the air.

The ac is on now and it's at 74. Usually around 72-75. Might turn my ceiling fan on at times when the ac isn't on but this good enough for me. Can't stand it too cold or too hot. I was in New York earlier this month and the owner of the airbnb kept programming the heater to be what felt like over 100 degrees, that had me uncomfortable. It was around 50 degrees outside but still. I do hate the cold tho. My boy puts the ac real cold at his house and whenever I go out of town with him and his girl, they got it freezing in the place. I'm good with my low to mid 70s. Most of the time I don't even cover myself up. Just a simple blanket every one in a while if I'm really cold. My comforter just sits on the floor with the extra pillows getting no use except for catching the phone or tv remotes if I push them off while sleeping. It's 61 outside right now and I would be dying if that were the indoor temperature.

See I got my house set to an temperature setting so that when it reaches at least 55 degrees and below outside bam the heat is on, but once it hits at least 60 & up that shyt is off so that it doesn't over heat the house.

Level up bruhs :coffee:.

In the summer my sleep is meh as i detest the heat, but my ac stays at 60, which is the lowest setting.

In the winter i get my best sleep, i sometimes open my window even when the temp is in the teens and coc00n in my blanket and sleep like a newborn babe. But i've slept outside in a blizzard so it's nothing to me.:yeshrug:
