I'm only coming from him a handful of ROH PPVs and his NJPW events...but he and Kevin were easily distracted, all over the place, and gave a general low rate feeling.

He shows more emotion, and has a less grating voice than Kevin Kelly...but he just doesn't have the goods.

Tom Phillips is a better commentator than him. Tom Phillips.

man every Thursday I turn on impact but end up turning it right back off cause borash and matthews are terrible they ruin the entire show and Ive watched TNA since it debuted on spike but Im out until they leave the booth

They got Don West & RoFlo calling Slammiversary I think. Show will probably be 10x better just off that alone

He takes away from the match at points with his style. It can be distracting but he'll also make some bums look good. Hit or miss but I think he's really good when he's toned down.
