I've never understood how it's even possible to hold in poop all day like that. I go wherever.

I swear I do not get this. I must be living in a bizarro world or something. In no way would I walk around with my stomach bubbling all day because I’m at work. That shyt must be miserable living through that every day.

Yeah, I'll only go at work if it's an emergency, the other 99.9% of the time I just hold it until I get home.

These days I'm WFH 3-4 days a week though, so it's rarely an issue.

I remember in my first office job I scouted which floors and bathrooms were the cleanest and had the least amount of traffic and always used those.

This is another benefit from working at home, you can crap in peace

now with work from home, hardly anybody uses the restroom so it seems like everytime i go to use it when i'm in the office there is at least one seat with the rim up which indicates it is still fresh from cleaning

Obviously, you got no choice if you got those long 12 or 16 hour shifts like docs, nurses, warehouse people, or security do.

But for everyone else its doable, you just need to go to bathroom before work. Its only 8.5 hours. Most people do one bowel movement a day, two at most.

It also helps if your lunch and breakfast aren't a big fatty mess that forces you to release your bowels .
