saw that mobb deep are doing a show at the hipster bar near me next month. Didn't even know they were back together tbh. Regardless, hoping their set is mostly from this album, naturally

for some reason, I wasn't feeling Drink Away The Pain much a decade ago. But over the last couple years, it's FIRE

That was my least favorite too initially because it lacked the sinister veneer of the rest of the album. I still loved it but it had the lighter, Tribe vibe and I was super grimed out at that point of my life. But it's a fantastic song.

There's a case for the Infamous as the goat album. Not sure it'd win but the case is valid.

Spoken like a true bum. Havoc was almost neck and neck with P on The Infamous. Shame on you.

their styles are too similar to justify having both on a album, one was just obviously better than the other so havocs presence was unnecessary

no he wasn't :what:

Havoc's best verse on the album is the intro (no debate). And while it's a stellar verse, it still falls short to shoot-at-the-hoes P.

and every time Havoc seems like he might actually be in competition due to a legit great verse (Give Up The Goods), Noyd and P come out of nowhere and obliterate the track.

Noyd was fantastic. He was the wild card. But I know every Havoc verse like the back of my hand and they induce chills.

"ayo i gotta get mine no matter what coooosequences.."

Hav bodied his spots all day.

I started (trying) to make beats lately and its really opened my eyes to how amazing Havoc is as a producer...He's always been one of my favorites but listening to his drums now and how he could turn the most random sound into a beat is amazing.

Hav is dope on the mic to me...i enjoy his rhymes/voice :manny:
