LeBron James urged the city of Cleveland to remain calm and channel its energy into the Cavaliers' playoff run in the aftermath of a judge's decision to acquit a police officer of manslaughter in a 2012 shooting which led to the death of two African-Americans.

"For the city of Cleveland, let's use our excitement or whatever passion that we have for our sport tomorrow, for the game tomorrow night, bring it tomorrow night ... our team we'll try to do our best to give it back to them," James said following the Cavaliers' light workout today. It's literally incredible that this guy has been in the public spotlight since he was an early teen, is the most famous athlete in the world for years now, has been a pro and Olympian for more than a decade, and has never had any type of misstep. No DUIs, no drugs, not even weed, no scandals, all during the social media era. Not even a Chamillionaire story of him being a super a$$hole (pause) or anything. And no blatant c00ning either.

People have essentially had to manufacture reasons to hate dude. The worst thing someone can say about him is he held a press conference to announce what team he was going to during free agency. And he even ended up making it up to that fanbase.
