Im in HTX with what would be a 25 mile or so commute, that's an hours worth of driving every day from NO reason. No thanks.
And people hating on WFH jobs are a bit misguided, there are a ton of remote only positions currently hiring. My goal is to get one before this job pulls us back in.

Real talk none of these fukkers care about our lives or the lives of our families. They just want people to go to work so they don’t realize how much the system takes from them in time and resources and how little it gives back. Especially the “rich” and “powerful” who do basically nothing and are applauded for it.It’s all about control and pumping money back into the economy…it always is.
They can’t have us all working from home because they need us to drive those 46 miles to buy that gas, to pay those tolls, to take that mass transit, to buy those meals during work hours, to stop at the stores during lunch or on the way home, to validate our companies paying for the lease of the office space, etc.
Is it also about people in power putting money in their pockets via the vaccines? Sure.
But big picture, everything is connected.

Ohh trust breh, it’s more common than you actually think. Here in the DC area for example, we got regular everyday commuters that be coming down here for work from as far as West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, Delaware, and southern Virginia. As a matter of fact, some of these outta town commuters even got apartments out here just to live close to work while also still having their actual house back in their home state. Trust and believe, the rat race is real.

Facts. Hell even in NYC, you got the police and firefighter/EMS unions bucking against the mandate as well. Even the damn Pentagon ain’t really feeling it.
