It never should be that serious. A Queens ex-con named Fruitquana Hawkins, 33, is facing murder charges after he shot and killed Timothy Tripp after an argument that started over napkins.Reports the New York Daily News:Hawkins, a parolee, was inside the Edge Bar and Lounge on Merrick Blvd. in Jamaica at 2:35 a.m. June 14 when he grabbed a napkin off of Timothy Tripp’s table.The move sparked an argument with Tripp, 35, who picked up a wad of napkins and threw them at Hawkins, a police source said.“He said something to the effect of ‘Get your own napkins,’” the source said.Outraged, Hawkins pulled a gun and started blasting away, hitting Tripp in the head and chest, officials said.Hawkins had been paroled after serving time for an attempted weapon possession charge only a month before the incident. Tripp died at the scene and Hawkins fled to Georgia where authorities caught up with him.
