Agreed. Most devs are still fukkin around and making cross gen games due to the large user base of the past gen consoles. Once games really start taking advantage of the technology and what not, we should get some really nice, huge games.

The consoles weren't rushed. No games have come out at launch and crushed the buildings since Halo and Wii Sports

Dreamcast was piff after I found out you could burn games straight to CD-Rs. During its prime when I would rent games every weekend was horrid when Blockbuster pulled it from shelves. PS2 came through shortly after and crushed the buildings. It wasn't that good in the later years imo. Most folks moved on to that beast PS2. It broke a lot of ground and did some things, but I would have preferred it have a long 8-10 year run.
Yeah. I said "since Halo and Wii Sports" which came out after Mario 64.
But there were no "later years." It didn't even last 2 years from launch until Sega announced that it was being discontinued. The Wii U has lasted longer than the Dreamcast. Think of all the classic games that came out in that timespan.

That's how bad it is, because there's no real good games coming anytime soon.
I'm keeping somewhat up to date on both console games this year and there's not much to look out for.
This entire Playstation vs. Xbox One became bad for the consumer because they both ended up rushing it just so they could be one week difference of release dates.
Meanwhile they could have taken longer and let developers play with the code longer.
But even that is messed up, because game developers/publishers wouldn't even let gamers spend a lot of time playing with the code for a long while, even they need a release date to recoup their investment as soon as possible.
It's a messed up industry and the people need to complain more so these fukcers understand!!!!

The x1 is not the issue with watchdogs. It looks just fine on that system, if you wanna blame hardware then blame the 360 and ps3 if anything. In all honesty the real problem is ubisoft.
