I been to court many times yes they do.

I don't know about Lebanon court but in Nashville they just check to see if you have weapons then let you bring your belongings in.

The crazy thing is that Nashville decriminalized weed but the state legislature next session passed a law that prevented cities and localities from decriminalizing it and it was signed by the governor basically overturning the city law by the state law.

Lebanon is part of the Nashville metropolitan area so I think if that law was still in effect he wouldn't be in court.

Outside of Nashville, the state is shyt on a lot of things.

I keep saying, its should be a Las Vegas bet what southern state will be the first to outright legalize MJ, dispensaries etc. I don't consider Maryland a Southern state anymore.

That first Southern state will ...not only in state, but from all the neighboring states and set the bar for the rest of the South.

I'm really curious to see which one will break the mold.

Absolutely insane no southern states have got in on legalization especially considering after Oil/Gas, Agriculture is usually the next largest industry down here and its a lot of unused land and the climate would probably be great for outdoor growing
