They might have taken some testosterone along with the male-specific exercises. Men and women shouldn't be doing the same exact exercises.

I actually meant female specific exercises like to get an hourglass shape. I think that is the shape a lot of females want. Exercises that will give you a thigh gap, snatch the waist, strong but not manly arms or legs, extra butt exercises. I doubt most men are trying to get a thigh gap or be shaped like an hourglass.

Like the Miss Bum Bum winner of 2013. You can tell she works out but she isnt as musclar as these chicks

The bolded is the only way a woman can get like that.

And there is no such thing as male-specific exercise. Thats why so many women don't get any results in the gym, because they make up and hold on to lies to avoid lifting weights.

:rocky:Unless you talmbout those bullshyt instagram excercises that don't work, all the exercises that can give women those results are the same exercises men use.
1. Thigh gaps are genetic. Either you have one or you don't. Working out can either make you slim enough that yours show better, or make your legs bigger in such a way they separate
and cause a gap, but even then, thats genetic.
2. Same excercises that will make the waist a bit tighter are used by any man who doesn't want a bulging waist...
3. What is considered "manly" varies from person to person, cause what may be manly to you is regular to anyone who lifts seriously. A woman doesn't look manly simply for having arms
not shaped like soy sauce packets.
4. Serious lifting men do want the "hourglass" aka X-shape:pachaha:The way to get it is growing the back and legs....the same thing women do. Widening the back and legs and shrinking
the waist is what anyone who cares about aesthetics want. You may have a point about all the butt exercises though.

No excercise is male or female...they can all be modified depending on goals. These women are power lifters. They are big cause they want to be strong.

Breh, its bad....you don't "oops" and have 15 inch biceps as a woman:russ:That shyt takes time and/or hormones. I especially get heated when dudes say the same thing.
People really think getting an above-average level of fitness is that damn easy, like it happens on accident.:snoop:Takes me back to being in the gym and seeing women loose weight(slowly) but never really tightening up cause they never actually lifted. They just lose mass and shrink into
skinny-fat shape.

fucckable. but too much masculine energy going on there. muscles are meant to be only on guys. girls can work out and all but when ur physic starts to look like that of a man, it becomes unattractive.
