I have no problem when they kill characters off. My problem is when
they kill them in pointless moments. I would have had no problem doc ock killing Peter but what happened instead is ballsy but . The avengers arena is status too. When did Arcade become the beyonder? Lol @ all it takes to kill wolverine, x23, and daken is a deep mud puddle. [/rant]

Spiderman has been on the decline since "One More Day" where he made a deal with Mephisto to save Aunt May. While toying with the idea was fine, the fact that they did it and actually had him sacrifice his marriage with Mary Jane was shyt. I'm just disturbed by this Doctor Spiderpus shyt they're running with. Seems wrong (if that makes sense). Heroes deserve better. I don't mind the eventual loss every now and then, but all Spidey seems to do is lose now.

The worst of it is..the bad guy won. Not a fascinating gray area bad guy, no, a selfish self important nutcase outsmarted Peter Parker the way Sinister has been doing Cyclops from day one. Its sad. In the end, it will probably take sorcery to bring him back(Dr. Strange, Scarlet Witch, Doom, Thanos, Death).

I've been following this since the first issue...it's actually good. Its one of the few books I look forward to monthly.

Those are two different spidermans in two different universes.

The amazing spiderman is the same one that most people know...

Ultimate spiderman is a different story line which started around the year 2000. That Peter Parker was killed off a year or two ago in this one, and was replaced by a 13 year old kid Miles Morales...who's black and Hispanic from Harlem. His dads black and his mom is Spanish...miles attends a boarding school in Brooklyn. Hais best friend is a fat Asian kid and right now MIles is discovering who he is and in the process of joining the ultimate avengers.nthats all 19 issues so far in a nutshell.
