I’m telling you the “we need to address black crime” threads are made regularly. Are we all to volunteer at our local high schools?

I don’t know anyone who lives that kind of life. My circle of friends discusses finances and entrepreneurship. We support black businesses, and network with each other. We are helping the black community in that way.

I was raised in a lower middle class family. We went to Disney World, day camp, rode horses, and had music lessons. To expect me to relate to someone who was raised in poverty and dodges bullets is ridiculous. They are going to call me corny, and not be able to relate to me. So for my life, and my circumstances, my role in helping the black community isn’t going to be the manner in which you speak. There isn’t a one size fits all for us, because we don’t all have the same life.

Why are we the only ones expected to fix our people? I’m interested in working with positive minded, productive black people. Staying mad 24/7 is not going to benefit my life, and won’t stop one person from being killed.

Dude was not using them as a sheld. They actually got him shot. He was in full sprint and tried to miss them. Ran into them, fell, shooter starts shooting him, he gets up tries to jump and he either is hit or falls over the kids.

At that point he is shot multiple times and can’t get up but Is still trying to move out the way. At no point did he grab any of them and try to guard himself.
