Gotta imagine the amount of force needed to close that door in mid air, wind speeds had to be high asf.

What kind of mechanism could one make? Easy to open then easy to close including diff in air speed and pressure...

2 types of doors.

Unpressurized (open towards outside) and pressurized (opens toward inside).

Emergency exits with rafts are on unpressurized doors to ease in ditching.

Unpress doors can swing open into the airstream with ease...as seen in this example.

The plane door was stuck last week when we landed in Vegas. We were stuck on the plane 20 minutes. My driver from car service had the audacity to say they were sending another driver, and we’d have to wait when we finally got to the pickup location. That was NOT happening.



He swung back around and picked us up.

We were late getting ready to leave town, our driver was outside and my uncle said to sit and eat breakfast lmao

He probably never left his seat. This happened as they were landing so he was likely seated with his seatbelt fastened. The second tweet say he told them he touched the lever, so I’m guessing he was fiddling with door and accidentally opened it like a dumb ass
