"So let's do the math.. $150 gets you a season pass which is either for a quarter or six months. So either $600/yr
or $300/yr

Normal grocery bill for a frugal person can be $250- 300 month, So $3600 max.

So he saved a max of $3300/yr x 7yrs.

$23,100.

Now add in the cost of his time to go to a theme park twice a day. And the health costs (assuming it was stuff like pictured).

He actually might have lost money or barely broken even"

Someone wrote that

The travel cost of going to six flags is negligible
Since it's near his job and if he didn't eat there he'd likely travel elsewhere to eat

Considering the amount he's saving ..I imagine it's worth it for that aspect

the one in Vallejo isn’t, I’m guessing this was at Magic Mountain tho. no idea if that one is or not. I thought they all have an off season.

Usually close after Halloween til like March or April

this story is probably BS since it seems like the only confirmation is the guy claims it’s true lol.

There’s nothing they can do. It’s literally an add on for a season pass. Spend a extra $110 there’s a dining plan that gives you 2 free meals, snacks and drinks. Also I worked at 6 flags and I doubt management gave a fukk or paid attention
That dude said "six flags management..." and I was already laughing for some reason. :russ:
