When dealing with the cops, give yourself the best odds of a decent encounter by not willingly antagonizing them. You may get a little laugh and youtube fame and get away the first time, but you really don't want the cops to start messing with you over the long-term because they remember some stunts you pulled with them.

yea, you live and you learn, shyt.
sometimes in in court they get reduced, i've had a cop not show up etc.. the searches have all amounted to nothing.
i had an internship in college at a corporate office. the office was located under a mall outside of St. Louis
anyways, got flicked going like 40 in a 25 early as hell through the mall parking lot. somebody at work saw me get flicked and when i got to work, they asked for a copy of my ticket and got it thrown out.
it is better just to go with the flow though. I was a lot angrier then, more of a reckless driver.

The driver showed disrespect and the cop can testify to that. He could even show that video as proof of the driver's behavior. That won't earn him brownie points in court. No way a judge is going to dismiss that ticket.
