Riiiiiiight! I hate when ppl act like being nice gets you out of tickets. My bf (who is always at least mildly polite with cops) ALWAYS GETS A TICKET when he gets pulled over. No matter what.

Luckily they've all gotten thrown out in court so far but come on.

Being polite doesn't get you out of a ticket, especially if you are black. I just limit my interaction with them. Have all my docs ready. Take the ticket and fight it in court if I think it's bullshyt. It's not worth fighting with these cops, you will not win. Take it to court. You have a better chance.

Good for him. If he feels thats thee way he needs to handle situations then i have no problem with it as long as it's not in an inappropriate way. And from what I seen he wasn't agressive or violent towards the cop. He followed the rules and people are upset. Everyone handles situations in different ways and he did his calmly.

He scared the hell outta me when he went to sign the paperwork and move the clipboard to the passenger and leaned over. I was like welp that's enough for the cop to let the cannon go at young "can't see his hands" "thought he was reaching". Im sorry but Im far from a hoe nygga but I been in VA been pulled in emporia VA and Virginia Beach VA both times they had like 6 cars pull up one for speeding and the other for DWB in the wrong neighborhood. Cop asked could he search my car I'm like no sir he said If you don't I will have the dog come I'm like ok thinking he's gonna let me go. When I tell you the K9 unit pulled around the corner in 30 seconds and of course the dog gets out already barking. The dog takes half a step to my car barks and they say that's probable cause. They tear my car to pieces I had a strap on me cop yanked me out the car even thought the gun was in the trunk LEGALLY. It checked out but the Cop broke my gun all the way down im talking parts everywhere down to the firing pin smh they didn't find anything but he smacked all my parts to my gun on the ground couldn't find them all had to get rid of it. Long story and its more to it but moral of the story is I'm not fuking with them boys period.

Cop wasn't pulling the "step out of the car" routine. If he did, or K9 came with probable cause, this dude would've been the next university of Cincinnati lynching. He played his cards well.... But my ass getting shot is not acceptable collateral damage.
