There was a similar story of a man who killed his ex girlfriend because she told him she is HIV positive- RIGHT AFTER THEY HAD SEX together. Homie went straight to the kitchen and grab a knife and stab his ex girl to death then he took his own life right after he stabbed his girl to death. .

Being Devil's advocate:

You do realize that the precedent has long since been made that knowingly infecting someone with HIV without their knowledge is against the law and punishable by law from Assault with a deadly weapon, up to Attempted Murder. This is here even here in the states.

A similar precedent is being sought after to add a sexual assault charge to people that do so as well apparently. This is after the Rape by Deception and Impersonation Bill passed.
