That's reasonable but in addition the male should be given a reversible vasectomy for free and if he wants it reversed he should pay for the procedure himself.

The mother should have chosen better. She should have known when he was fukking her raw that he didn't want children and that a nikka will have you jumped to kill the unborn baby. She missed the red flags.

I think that's an appropriate punishment for men who get women pregnant and leaves them once the baby is born or when she's 6+ months pregnant but not for a guy that had a one night stand, got a woman pregnant, and signed the contract because the woman refused to get an abortion.
