I personally couldnt kill somebody over a damn laptop.....i would chase him and beat his ass tho.

No. What the shooter did was very dangerous and he could have hit someone else. Don't get me wrong I am not advocating for thieves but the best thing to do was try to ID the perp and call the police.

That's my biggest problem with this. He could've hit someone else. That was reckless.

But I will never understand seeing some shyt that belongs to someone else and wanting to take it.
