Some idiot bought a tiger Cub, shyt got too big or the roars were too loud so he took it to that abandon house. The tiger is plump so the owner was feeding it. Looks like it began to outgrow it's cage. The pot smoker is probably the owner and made up the story to get the tiger a better home while not being fined or jailed
