Blade 2 came out in your time range, and that one wasn't bad.
Also, outside of the lack of Wesley Snipes, I think the 2006 Blade TV series was better than the movie series.

And I think FF 2 was a really dope movie until they catch Silver Surfer in the forest....then it plummets quickly into awful like Ant-Man into the sub-atomic zone

Blade, Spider-Man and X-Men did it for the culture but they all ended flat. The Hulk was dope though. First Punisher was aight, Warzone was way better.
