What children get being around people who have no rules is a small fraction of what life has to offer and there is more to live then 1-18 years old.

Great point. I’m sure we all had those friends growing up that had no rules. The outcome was always the same ; pregnancy, alcohol or drug dependency, and knee deep in the criminal justice system (ie juvie, multiple court cases)

I push my kids to have an open mind when meeting people. But, there are a few where that red light just goes off

Not all kids are like that, some just need that extra guidance they are not getting at home
