Used to live around the way from dude, he used to carry crates for Dave Rodigan (Reggae/Dancehall fans should know who he is)
Cant believe he's still going though, and his record collection is vast he has shyt that you can only dream about.
His radio show on Capital was arguably better than his Radio 1 one, man I need to find those tapes.

These days he hosts a lot of freestyle sessions in his house and they show all the records he has. He's got shelves and shelves of vinyl. A crate digger's dream.

True. But as a professional DJ, its good to see he's in touch with the new generation and the new music. Everyone is on his show, that's why people still mess with Westwood.
He's not on that "music is garbage now a days" steez. Although I don't listen to many of the new cats to be honest

However being a DJ back in the day I understand that you have to give the people what they want.
Gotta dap you and pos rep for that cause I used to DJ too. I dabbled in it for a few years. Don't do it any more but I still got vinyl and turntables at home. Shame I don't have any room to set up my turntables, If I did I would still use them.
But drop a link for the UK artist freestyle ur talking about. It ain't like ur putting anyone officially on blast. I'd like to see that clip.
