I disagree with ngigas sayin that "females get abortions all the time and they don't call it murder"...

Realistically, the female has to carry the child for 9 months, there is no guarantee that the man will stick around and the child is in the females body...shyt possession is 9/10ths of the law.

This is a situation where the double standard benefits the female, we gotta deal with it. :usure2:

As for the man tricking her into taking abortion pills. That's like a chick who doesn't like having sex, tricking her boyfriend into taking estrogen pills to kill his libido/sex drive.

Why is it that when a woman decides to have an abortion that the kid inside of her is not a human being ...but when a man forces the abortion it is now a human being?!?!?!?!

My opinion is: Abortion is murder and this is murder.

The law is: A woman getting a legal abortion isn't murder but him giving her abortion pills without her knowing causing her to have an abortion, is first degree murder(since it was done while committing a federal crime).

Doesn't make sense but I don't make these laws.

Let me help u out here....president bush signed into federal law a unborn victims of violence act, which was inspired by the scott peterson murders, and recognized the legal right of a fetus in commission of a crime. Thats key. Abortion is not a crime and is protected by law, despite ur moral objections to it.

Ironically, ur question is the exact same concern that pro choice advocates had about the federal law....if fetuses are granted legal protection, then how can roe v wade stand? The law is explicit that a crime committed against a woman, changes the definition of the fetus. Kinda Like how the same pills that are legal with a prescription, become illegal without one.

Basically the law was established to prevent cats from harming pregnant women, in order to get out of a pregnancy

But again I question the validity of the law. A violent attack on a woman while pregnant is still assault against a woman if a fetus is not considered life. When we start being circumstantial on what is considered life then of course the credibility of said law will be challenged.

Im not really interested in an abortion debate, but the logic behind the difference is as follows: the fetus is an extension of the woman who is carrying it, and if an outside party commits violence against said fetus, then the legal definition changes. Its explicit, not arbitrary. The woman controls the right to the life of the fetus, under the law for the first term.

Just like the woman loses the right to abort after the first term...the baby is still in the womb, but as a society of laws the definition of life changes, and there are now legal consequences to abort.

And basically you should not have the right to dictate what happens in someone else's body. And if i purposely put something in your drink to make you dizzy.
