how often do women make you feel in danger? you think they can easily overpower you? drag you in an alley and rape you?
i once read a wonderful account by a transwoman on the difference of walking around as a man and a woman in terms of safety. after transitioning to womanhood she realized all these things about her male privilege. she had to constantly be on the lookout for rapists and be mindful of the hour she was out at night. men would often follow her and it was a real wake-up call.
if i can find the article i'll send it to you. update: i can't find the article.
true, but how often do these things happen? men make up most rapists for female and male victims. it'd be logical for him to feel more in danger while hanging with his boys than being catcalled by some 5'2 120 lb girl in ballet slippers.Anything can happen....

i do not think the women should be catcalling him, but i also think some of you guys are arguing points out of pettiness.
No, we're debating this because it's a serious issue and we're under siege. Men are increasingly in danger by aggressive women and something must be done before it gets out of hand. We have rights too you know!
street harassment is real for women. i've had males come up and inappropriately feel my private areas (vagina, breasts) which left me feeling violated. i've been verbally attacked for refusing to give out contact info to strange men i did not know. this includes racist verbal attacks. however, i guess if it entertains you guys to mock real issues, then so be it. but don't complain when cacs do this same thing to black issues.
you guys attach yourself to one or two things in a video and belittle it. like in a previous thread a bw complained about being told to smile. one could easily argue people tell her this because she's black & black women are seen to be angry by default. i've been commanded similar by strange guys on days when i was minding my business and not upset. these same anger stereotypes play into black men getting shot. i'd ask if a bw needs to get shot for it to all of a sudden matter, but i'm sure even then no one would care
and these women don't consider "hi" and "hello" as harassment. they consider what they believe will come next (a game of 20 stalker questions & him possibly blowing up on her in anger) as the harassing part which is why they ignore.
okey dokey

You're gonna catch a body just because someone, who happens to be a man, says you are good looking? Take it as a compliment and keep it moving. i get hit on by women and men all the time walking around in ATL. I have no problem taking a compliment@ the amount of fakkits that blatantly hit on him too. I couldn't live there and deal with that shyt, it wouldn't be long before I caught a charge, a body, or both.
