Traveling overseas you see way more people with severe handicaps like this (cause they don't have the same prenatal medical care, don't surgically fix things early in childhood, don't abort disabled babies, malnutrition, pollutants, inbreeding, etc.). It's fascinating to see the ones who have found a way to work anyway do their thing.

I've seen people with no hands, no legs, or some severely deficient set of one or the other doing things like running stores, selling shyt on the street, working at an auto shop, etc.
