Whats the best way to get into management without having any prior experience?

That's too broad of a question. Be more specific. For example, just because I have management experience in retail, doesn't mean I can run a fortune 500 company. What field of management are you talking about? Besides, hopefully you got an mba cuz I don't know if companies hire random people to run their business.
