My ex has family in LA we would visit.Her niece's husband was manager at In n Out and i was 
at his set up..Great home in the burbs,3 cars in the driveway(tricked out beemer for the wife,Hemi pick up and a older Explorer for those trips to the store)..he worked crazy hours but he was living the life(trips all over the world,the best weed money can buy and paid vacations if he hit his target numbers). Salary is salary, but I want the hourly breakdown. $100k+ is good in most spots but if the job is 80 hrs/week.....not really worth it unless you're in investment banking or an attorney looking to make partner.

Is this a store manager or regional manager. Those retail store manager positions are Stressful AF. Good friend of mine is a store manager for William Sonoma the high end kitchen brand. Works an insane amount of hours and is always stressed.
My wife used to be a assistant manager at Kroger making good money but the hours and stress negates that shyt . I know for a fact bring a manager in n out is 10x as worse with just Sundays off.You either want it ($) or you dont.

Yup. I used to work at a Kroger grocery store in the hood and found out my manager was pulling in $100K a year
The funny thing is that in the retail world no less than 5 years ago your average retail store manager at a large department store like Macy's, JC Penney, Belk's was giving out 6 figure salaries like it was nothing. Now theyre cutting a lot of those salaries, hiring younger, cheaper senior management and reallocating the money. But yea like someone else said, the more money you make in these jobs the more hours, stress and responsibility

Yes cuz if I have to work more than twice the hours I do at my current job, then I'm making less per hour. Plus I'm not built to be working 60-80 hours a week at this point in my life. I value my free time.
