Mandatory installs is by far the worst "feature" of this gen.

500 gb memory is such a joke. Eapecially considering digital is being pushed more and goddamn patches for games are 10-15 gbs now.

Explain Breh :ehh:

On X1 everything is saved in the cloud. So you never save any of the pics/video you take on the hardrive which saves a lot of space. Also saved game data is stored in the cloud so its no big deal to remove a game from your local hardrive cause you can always re-download it and resume where you left off.

Saved game data doesn't take up that much space. These 25-50 GB installs do. Then you have a bunch of 3 GB update files to go along with them and your free space is shot.

Bought a bunch of games on Black Friday and I'm gonna have to play these shyts one at a time or delete half my games. I can't believe I already need a new hard drive for this. :bird:

Will one of these work for a PS4?
Excuse my ignorance, but I'm not familiar with upgrading/replacing hard drives.

Saved game data does take up space. And the updates usually don't add the full amount, they replace allot if what's already installed for the games.

Also your videos/pics take up a lot of space

My save data is 1 GB and I don't have pics/videos. :mjlol:

New COD? Over 50, maybe 60 GB. New 2K? Over 50 GB. That's over 20% of my hard drive for two games. Ridiculous.
