a lot of paperwork is UNSEALED considering if thier are still pending cases tied to that party ...

or thier is an ongoing investigation. ....

for example thier is an unsealed pending investigation into some BMF members from St. Louis that originated from the original indictment in 2006

You need paperwork or some sort of proof to label someone a snitch. To say he snitched because he got 8 years isn't enough.
