I choose Anime. Been watching it for almost 30 years and never was interested in manga

I used to be far far more into anime than I was manga.

Now, I don't watch anime at all.

But I real waaaay more manga than I used to. Even the boring and girly stuff.

I just havent been interested in anime for the last.... I dunno.

It's like a year long gap between series that catch my attention.

Manga's usually better than the way toned down anime adaptions. Don't know how people wouldn't want to get in the author's vision straight from the source. Plus anime puts fillers all in their shows or cuts it short and adds new stroylines that don't make sense. Not a worthy comparison unless you just can't stand text and pictures.

If it's just an original anime vs a manga I guess it depends on what I'm in the mood for at the time.

Depends, but I watch anime more than I read manga. If I started the manga first I won't watch the anime. If the anime ends up pissing me off (i.e. Full Metal Alchemist, Gantz) I check out the manga.
