Best case scenario is that Guts and Caska finally get to have a conversation with their child. But his is Berserk so we know it won't be happy moment. I'm guessing Skullknight gonna try to kill the kid and Guts will have to fight him. Or Guts finds out the truth and tries to kill the kid himself. Which causes beef with Caska.
