Damn this volume was intense
So basically the Gang that Takumi was a part of and in which Arase eliminated, the leader Higuro is back causing some big time trouble. Basically they ended up killing one of Clarissa's bartenders and left the body below the place Corpse God is living and tipping the police on top of that sheeeeeeeesh. Luckily this situation was similar to what caused Hosorogi's death. Luckily for Corpse God that he realized it before he got caught. But now it tips them off and those two went after Takumi. Breh doesn't stand a chance against those two.
Sayo really helping out Poulka and Corpse God here as getting those gems are big get for him. And weirdly enough at the end Corpse God evolved Misaki from a Zombie to a Vampire. That reveal at the end of the volume was insane. But the biggest thing we are learning that there are some nasty people in the police setting shyt up. Corpse God Getting Tsubaki to double take the police is a big W for the gang. Also it really feels like me are getting closer to learning who Corpse God's true enemies are and how are they linked to the empire Corpse God is familiar with.

MHA is garbage now wow. I took some time to catch up last week as I stopped following that like 3 years ago and the overpowerfulness of the main villain makes the whole thing pointless.
Man gets burned, nuked, clapped, beat tf up by giants, punched so hard he reached the ocean floor but regenerates so fast that it's meaningless ultimately. On top of that they powered up its decay power to an ungodly level.

shyt is heating up even more. The twists were 
. This manga is really good, pleasantly surprised. Much more depth to it then I expected coming in.
We got some good backstory on Misaki, Clairissa and Hosorogi. Clairissa was basically kidnapped and Hosorogi before he was a detective saved her. And by all assumptions looked after her. Then we see Clairissa do a similar thing with Misaki. Whom only found pleasure in killing people, but Corpse God indirectly gave her a path to give her that same excitement, but by doing good in the process.
We start the fight with Xiaoyu againt Momoya and well Xiaoyu was no match for him. But a tag team of him and Vampire Misaki was easily a no match for him. Well Higuro was able to escape, but damn seeing Misaki as a vampire was enough to lead out the rat for Tsubaki. That being his superior Habaki. Him having ties to the death of Hosorogi and taking Tsubaki under his wing adds even more to this mystery. To make matters funnier one of the officers under The thing with Fire Breathing Bug is becoming even weirder. Really seems like Fire Breathing Bug is able to get a horde of people and influence them to create a massive fire. It feels really likely that Fire Breathing Bug at least the one behind it could have similiar powers to Corpse God.
Meanwhile Tena is in a room with the head of the police department accusing him of being the rat. Funny enough he receives a call from the Grocer regarding some big intel. The first being that a phone call that was traced to Hosorogi. Grocer is scary if they could figure that out . The 2nd being the rat Habaki. Of course Tena bringing all this fukkery by accident 
To add even more to what already happened Momoya's sister Majira comes to his rescue. She apparently has been after Xiaoyu to join her family. And was the reason he had the mechannical arm. Obviously his allegiance is to the Shinoyamas so she won't be getting that or Misaki to join her. But holy crap the fact she is saying she is stronger then Corpse God even in his early stages in this world is insane To add even more shyt on top of this. We have confirmation at the end that somebody Corpse God knew in his previous life, whom was associated with Empire will be greeting him very soon.

Loving the manga Last Game. It's about a genius rich kid that was at the top of his class in elementary school until a poor daughter of a single mother transferred into his class and took the #1 spot. He was determined to beat her at something but kept failing. He decided to make her fall for him then dump her but in the process he fell for her. They're in college and he's still chasing after her. She's a social misfit but she's clearly into him and trying to sort her feelings.

Regeneration without drawbacks fukked the manga/anime game up. Toriyama did some damage with Cell/Buu doing that shyt and not being weaker for it. Regeneration should be taking a huge chunk out of energy/power reserves unless that is the characters main/strongest power.
Going to reference comics, but it works with Wolverine/Deadpool so good because they're (mostly) just normal ass dudes with some weapons and can still get that work from anyone.

Even more shyt to add to the table.
We turn back to the rat Habaki, where we learn some fukking distrurbing shyt. He sacrificed his own daughter to have experiments done on her 
. Ironically her experiments were a success allowing her to get revenge on her father. One thing is very clear that it is brought up she now is very similar to Clemmings tho Clemmings looks to be in a much better mental state. We also see the one who is from Corpse God's world have a run in with Clairissa's crew, which we haven't seen yet. Granted it isn't surprising how dangerous they seem to be.
When Clairissa takes Corpse God to extract Habaki's memories it triggers him when he sees what happened to Soara. Most likely relating to have a shyt father. Whom we see in a flashback who either sold off or killed the rest of the family. Not sure how the former emperor was able to stop him. It wasn't a mind thing affecting him since Clairissa saw him.
But in a way one connection that was made that I really liked. Corpse God back them had a true non blood related family that he deeply treasured, but he never realized it. He now makes that connection to the gang he has made here and he wishes to protect that as well. Granted he will need to delay his peace and get his hands dirty to get that desired paradise.
Clairissa is an interesting character in the sense she had a rough come up. Even with what is the false setup of her killing her fiance Hosorogi she decided the dark path she rode was still one she was proud of. Just like Tusubaki they accomplished what they did in hopes of making Hosorogi proud. Meanwhile Tena is sticking his nose in more of the Fire Breathing Bug's bullshyt and his bullshyt got him to team up with FBB.
Looks like we finally have cooperation between Corpse God and Xiaoyu. Granted that whole fight really shows that Xiaoyu is even stronger then he has us believing so far. But he Corpse God giving him the full truth and along with a dragon arm. If Misaki's transformation into a vampire is any indication, Xiaoyu is about to get some more even insane strength. Now we have the first encounter between Corpse God and the individual from the empire coming up next

I knew I remembered correctly about why Denji didn't remember breh, he died and Poochita took overYes however seeing it put out there rather then being told about it makes a difference for me. It would be interesting to get a full scope on how the whole thing works.
Regarding Denji dude prob won't remember him until he were to fight him tbh. I feel like with Denji its best not to over think why he acts the way he does
Fujimoto was writing a mile a minute during that last arc breh there was a ton of real plot fukkery happening that's still at play in part 2, it ain't all just jokesMy son was dropping bombs on us I'd advise you reread the latter parts of the last arc

We finally getting to the showdown between these two former members of the empire
We finally get a name and it is Civil. No surprise the moment he sat across Corpse God it had him shook. Unlike with Clemmings where the spirits were surrounding him, these spirits were on Civil. It was actually a nice mind game between the two not trying to tip the other off. But Corpse God trying to infiltrate Civil made the first mistake. We see that even the two other girls had affiliation with the other world. But Soara is not from that world and in fact is confirmed to only be experimented. It seems very likely the experiments performed on her perhaps created a connection to the old world. I expect Lulu has the same connection.
Meanwhile Civil is very likely Arus Sabramond from the empire. He was an elemental eater he basically took in the elemental and forced the magic out. Even with that weakness in the empire, having those skills in the modern world is insane.One of Takeru's bodyguards Taipei seemed to find out that Soara was the one killing the other Heilil employees. And went head first to fight her and well the biggest shock of it was how easily Civil put him down. And to make matters worst they took the real Polka with them thinking that was Corpse God. Well while they were wrong they put Corpse God in a terrible spot since Polka is delicate in terms of maintaining friendly relations with Polka's father. Seems like Civil intends to take out all his enemies in one big clash both Corpse God and Fire Breathing Bug.
To add even more Majiri Agakura is back and she encounters Bao who actually Xiaoyu's big sister. And well he definetly has a very over protective sister who seemed to handle Majiri better then expected. Alongside we get a great talk between Corpse God and Xiaoyu where he admits all along he was jealous of Polka since he didn't care for his body being the old man's actual son. Meanwhile he is more then grateful for the arms and legs that the family lended. But Corpse God bringing up how awful his family was back in the empire can kind of point to Xiaoyu that the Shinoyamas may not be blood relatives to him but they are his family in his heart. And once again we get Corpse God deepening his resolve to protect the people and bonds he has developed since coming to the world.
But at the end here we get Corpse God's real name being Rizdilusia Redrazalf and he is an emperor killer? But that emperor we saw last volume treated him like family basically. Whats going on

The fights, the twists and reveals be . Tbh I don't think the anime in Part 2 to get this far into the manga, prob stop right before the BIG fight. But still hope the animation holds up cause some of these fights are hype af that will come in part two.
Before the actual fight Civil tries to recruit Corpse God and easily you could see him turning him down. Each of their goals easily conflict with each other. Civil was supposed to be a vessel for Arius Sabaramond and well it seems that didn't turn out exactly as that. Which is why he gets referred as the b*stard child of Sabaramond.
All we knew something was up regarding Polka's mom, but Kanon Shinoyama was also Corpse God's mother in a strange twist of fate. More then likely his father made dealings that got her to this modern world in which she ended up giving birth to Polka. These two worlds are interconnected clearly, but how exactly. But damn finding out that Polka is his younger brother . This is really deepening his resolve to protect Polka. Tho admittly he should have looked into more regarding why he got reincarnated into Polka.
Meanwhile Fire Breathing Bug thing is growing more odd. It is said that there is no original Fire Breathing Bug, but more like the originators are long dead. So essentially they are able to use hypnosis from the other world to spread to create more "bugs". Over 100 years so many people were forced to kill themselves in response to this hypnosis . The alarming thing is when Tusubaki tells them to leave the innocent alone and use him. What does transfer consciousness mean in his terms tho considering the people controlled had no will of their own. Or is Tusbaki's will strong enough perhaps to not lose control.
One bad thing for the Corpse God is that Civil's magic is actually starting to come together and actually be a threat. Ironically it was the Corpse God's potential fear of Civil that triggered that development to finally click. Corpse Good really about to go all in.
. Big pep talk coming from Takumi, but Corpse God's true goal is for peace with those that he cherish. But they having grown fond of him want his wish of peace to happen. His plan is to use necromancy on the dead in the city and keep the living outside of it. Meanwhile Clarissa and her girls are keeping the Shinoniymas from potentially getting in outside of Lemmings. shyt is getting realllll good and he is able to summon the emperor and his other friends from the empire. I am assuming with necromancy of some sorts. Misaki is about to rescue the real Polka from that elemental girl.
