Back when rockstar was a great company and had titles like this, Bully, and the Warriors. Now they just develop some bland ass GTA title every 6 years and call it a day

The first one was da gawd...no fukks given by Rockstar had podunk rednecks calling Cage a "******" and of course the gruesome finishers....part 2 was a huge let down, from the protagonist to the censored kills.

LOVED the first one. Didn't even care all that much about the over the top violence. Just loved the gameplay. I thought this got rereleased a few months back for PS4.

The Warriors was amazing (to me) for its time. Too bad they never followed up with something similar.

First one is one of my all time favorite games. There was so much detail put into the game. The whole world they created was intriguing. I would even read the booklet that came with the game over and over. Second game was disappointing but still fun.
I'd prefer a Bully 2 over anything though

The Smilies probably have the funniest dialogueI remember I had that ps2 headset around the time I tried to get into Socom and used it on Manhunt since I wanted to replicate that gritty feel of having the director talk shyt in your ear and praise/chide you for your performance, but I swear I'd burst out laughing whenever a smiley said something that was just totally left of centre, which would pick up on the mic and alert them to your presence. I remember the first time, I can't remember if it was the smileys or whomever but the guy went over to a dead body and kicked it saying "Yeah, we should all take a rest like this guy here, he has the right idea."
The only other game that I've played that had NPC's as funny as that shyt outside of the 2/3rd's of the GOAT Tier Max Payne series as the Riddikk series for the Xbox.

What's your point? You're saying they don't try, but those 2 games (RDR and MP3) are the shyt. GTA series is what it is, what do you expect? Yes, some improvements could of been made for GTA5, but it's still better than part 4, which had a lot of complaints.

They used to make tons of different games and dabbled in different genres and dropped them consistently. It's really not that hard to understand. They've fallen off.
