^ this is how the fools of the world operate, they fail to see that life is a game of social mobility. They would be food in the real world :wow:

Protect yourselves by studying people's actions & intentions or else you won't see any progress in all aspects of your lives.

Jack got you to do him a favor and will not give you anything in return b/c he doesn't owe you shxt even if you did decide to do him a favor. He politely declined, so What now?

No more favors from you? But jack doesn't need to use you anymore.

That's not how it works in a professional environment at all. :beli:

In real life if you'd met me you would think I'm one of the nicest kindest people you know, I'll help you out with something and be like

"oh sure, it's not a big deal. I'd be glad to help you with that:youngsabo:"

and from there I have you in my pocket :ohlawd:, it's over.

I'll butter you up, flatter you until I gain your trust and when it's time for me to need something you're going to be in so deep that you would love to help me out

For example I had a teacher in school who I would gas up, every morning I'd smile and say good morning to him. In class if he asked a question, I'd be the first to put my hand up and answer. One time he said he had trouble dealing with the younger students. I took it as an opportunity to help him "connect" with them.

Inside I didn't give a fukk about this old CAC :heh:, I was just using him as a reference for my future & I'll continue to use him to network with people he knows.
That teacher knew very influential people in wealthy law firms & got me onto an internship programme during my studies :takedat:

Not even saying your wrong, but this post and admitting to being a lawyer kinda confirms the whole "morally bankrupt predatory individual" thing :yeshrug:

Yeah but what you just posted isn't manipulation it's just being aware and knowledgeable.

Call it what you want but it's essentially using people to further your own gain

common sense isn't common and not everyone is aware :yeshrug:

No it's not. You get the reputation of being slimy and being a liar. My reputation in business is worth more than a quick come up from being underhanded. .
No
If you are a good manipulator they won't see you as a liar and slimey they will in fact defend you on their behalf.

You don't have to lie to manipulate people. Does the puppeteer lie to his puppets? No.

It's about misdirection and nudging people into the direction you want through their own voiltion.

The most important part of being a master manipulator is ironically the gift/curse of empathy. If you can put yourself in others shoes well enough you can discern as to what they are thinking, feeling and wants then nothing can stop you. That's why I'm confused as to ppl saying narcissists are good manipulators.

No the fukk they ain't :mjlol:

Their inability to see beyond their own egos ironically makes the narcissist the easiest to manipulate bar none.:mjlol:

I agree with the bold text. The rest of you post isn't necessarily true. There are countless examples that say otherwise.

Cliched sayings exist for a reason - cause these sayings have proven over time to be generally true. The old cliche goes "You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time."

People fail to realise the importance of manipulation and ironically are manipulated into believing that manipulation is wrong by master manipulators so they don't see through their actions and don't utilise the tools for themselves :jbhmm:

I've been watching House Of Cards a lot recently, and Frank Underwood's methods of rising up the political hierarchy on his conquest for power is masterful and awe inspiring.

Manipulation is an art, it is the act of convincing and persuading the people around you to do what you want.

Manipulation is based fundamentally on the understanding of human behaviour, to manipulate people you must first understand the needs and desires of people and appeal to that.

Once you master the skill of manipulating people you can apply it into every aspect of your life, be it career, women, family. It isn't morally questionable at all contrary to popular belief.

A lot of people complain about white supremacy and the corporate system but fail to realise that you NEED to play the game. Bruce Lee said "be like water", essentially take the shape of your container. You must act in a particular way in order to rise amongst the ranks, and that is the most effective way to establish wealth in your community.

A good place to start would be The Prince and The 48 Laws Of Power.

I advise all brehs to at least listen to these audiobooks and understand how to influence people around you for your benefit.

I agree

It's just the way things work and considering how mentally weak most people are it's very clear that most need manipulation and leadership. They could try to prove otherwise but I'd be damned if I was under the tutelage of someone's manipulation.

Now there are times, for strategic reasons, that you gotta roll with it as if the person has some "upper hand" but when the time is right, you have to regain your footing and keep it there

You said that if you're a manipulative person you would be viewed negatively, on the contrary mayne you would be viewed and adored by your peers. That's how it works, you gain the trust of people and use them to further yourself in a professional setting

Dedicate more time to reading books that are actually worth reading.

I'm trying to pass wisdom to my fellow Coli brehs, this information will help people greatly in the real world:ehh:

Being cunning is a necessary trait for survival.

There's some kind deception in almost all major businesses.

You have to play the game IN ALL walks of life :wow:
